I have been designing websites for 12 years. This was an "add-on" career for me since at the time I got my web training, I'd been practicing medicine for many years as a Physician Assistant.
Web design offers me a blend of skills that are both creative and technical, and I find that combination to be personally very satisfying.
I enjoy working with people and helping them create a vision online that represents who they are. At the same time, I am very conscientious in my work, creating sites that have 'clean code' - code that is easy to read because it is simple and code that can easily be applied in many different avenues should the site owner want to manage their own site with any web design program.
I am based in New Hampshire and provide services in design as well as site maintenance and site refreshing.

Nancy set up my website WILD LIGHT IMAGES well over 5 years now, and has kept it functional and fresh right along -- not an easy chore for a photography site where either adding or removing images always seems to be a regular necessity! Over the last several months I decided to attempt to manage this site myself. I thought it would be a daunting process that would require lots of technical understanding of complex code, but I was pleasantly surprised otherwise. What I learned was that Nancy had set up the foundation of the site in such a way that made it extremely compatable with the simple cut, copy and paste tool, which enables me to add, remove, or reformat both text and images any time I want.
